Utunzaji wa afya ya kinywa na meno ni nini?

Ni hali ya kuhakikisha kinywa chako kinakua safi bila kuwa na uchafu wowote/mabaki ya chakula kwa wakati wote.

Namna ya kutunza kinywa na meno kwa ujumla

Ili kuweka kinywa katika hali ya usafi muda wote inakupasa kufanya yafuatayo,

  1. kupiga mswaki angalau mara 2 kwa siku, asubuhi baada ya kula na usiku kabla ya kulala.
  2. Kutumia nyuzi maalum za kusafishia (dental floss) baina ya jino na jino ili kutoa mabaki yaliyojificha.
  3. Kutumia mswaki wenye nyuzi laini kuepuka kuchubua fizi na meno.
  4. Hakikisha unatumia dawa ya meno yenye madini ya fluoride kuongeza uimara wa meno yako.
  5. Hakikisha unasukutua na maji safi kila baada ya kula vyakula vya muda mfupi ili kuepuka kubaki na mabaki ya vyakula kwa muda mrefu mdomoni.
  6. Onana na daktari wa kinywa meno kwa uchunguzi walau mara mbili kwa mwaka.

  1. Kukupa tabasamu angavu na lenye kupendeza.

  3. Kujikinga na magonjwa mengineyo ya mwili.
  4. Kuondoa harufu mbaya mdomoni.
  5. Uongeza ujasiri na hali ya kujiamini

Harufu mbaya ya kinywa husababishwa na vitu mbalimbali kama vile kuoza kwa meno, fizi zilizoharibika na mabaki ya chakula kwa muda mrefu. Ili kuondoa harufu mbaya kinywani unapaswa:

  1. Kusafisha kinywa chako kwa kufuata utaratibu sahihi
  2. Kuepuka kubaki na mabaki ya chakula kwa muda mrefu.
