Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Managing Director
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Toangoma, Dar Es Salaam.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.
Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Main Office Management: Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workspace.
Miscellaneous: Additional tasks revolving around the Director’s work may be added whenever necessary
